Blueprints
Pre-built agent blueprints cover common jobs — outbound qualification, inbound support, verification, surveys. Start from one instead of a blank agent (Agents → Blueprints).
Snippets
The bot mines winning exchange pairs from your highest-scoring calls and replays them as few-shot examples in the live prompt. Browse them under Agents → Snippets and remove anything you don't want it to mimic.
Voice
Each agent speaks with a TTS voice. Upload a 1–3 minute sample on the agent edit page to clone a voice; the agent uses it on the next call.
