Let Haanji act on its own — the orchestrator, stage automation rules, and lead routing.
Orchestrator
The orchestrator decides and runs the next action for every open deal — calls, follow-ups, closing dead deals. The Orchestrator page is a live monitor of its task queue, with enabled / dry-run / supervised toggles and a 'run tick now' button.
Automation rules
"When a deal reaches stage X, queue action Y after a delay." Rules seed tasks that the orchestrator then executes (Settings → Automation rules).
Lead routing
"When a new contact arrives from source X, assign owner Y" — fixed owner or round-robin across a pool (Settings → Lead routing).
